Cegeka has acquired the East-Flemish IT service provider A.N.E. With this acquisition, Cegeka gets a larger foothold in West- and East-Flanders. Advanced Network Engineering makes a turnover of 6 million euro and has 50 employees. The company is mainly specialized in remote ICT support (remote services).

"The services of A.N.E. are highly complementary to our data center and cloud computing services. We significantly increase our capacity for managed services so that we are holding a stronger position in the three ICT management models: at the customer, remotely or within our data centers, " said Luc De Clerck, Managing Director of Cegeka Belgium.

A.N.E. monitors the systems of her customers from her office in Romania, where Cegeka with Inside Software already has a daughter. With the complementary offering of infrastructure services and software development, Cegeka wants to gain local customers in the logistics, manufacturing and banking sectors.

Customers of A.N.E. are mainly medium-sized manufacturing companies. They rely on the IT services provider for 24-hour management of their production environment.
